For Students
After completing this workbook, you should be well equipped to express what you have learned through your participation in group work during your studies. You should be in a better position to describe who you are as a team player, which is needed when writing CVs, professional online profiles, and job applications. You should also be better able to handle team-related questions in job interviews. You will also have identified some areas in your collaborative capability set that might be in need of improvement.
The workbook should be completed nearing the end of your studies. Ideally, this would be in the last few months at your institution (e.g., within the last term, semester, or teaching session). However, it can be completed earlier, if needed (e.g., to coincide with graduate recruiting or CV workshops). The most important thing is that you have had enough group experiences to draw upon.
